Bij Holland Hybrid streven we ernaar de best mogelijke werkgever te zijn en dit door onze medewerkers aan de wereld te laten bevestigen. We endorse flexible work arrangements, including 100% remote, hybrid or office options. In today’s era, we recognize that commuting to the office is no longer a necessity. Nevertheless, if you wish to have a conducive workplace to collaborate with your colleagues, we are more than happy to accommodate that preference. Your freedom of choice as an IT expert is of utmost importance, and we will work together to strike the ideal balance among our team members within the company.

Our goal is to work with talented individuals and organizations from every corner of Europe. We firmly believe that geographical constraints should never limit the potential for collaboration and growth. We also believe that, for example, a Spanish or Polish employee should not earn less if they’re working in the Dutch IT sector if they are delivering the same value. We are completely transparent in our salaries and they are recalculated every year to increase the salary if possible. We have calculations for this and they are transparent. So no salary negotiations needed!
